Cancellation and Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our services, refunds and cancellations are handled according to the following conditions.

Cancellation Requests

Clients may request the cancellation of a service before the work has started. Any cancellation request must be submitted by email to:

Once the service has started (including project planning, design, development, or delivery of digital work), cancellation may no longer be possible or may be subject to a partial refund depending on the amount of work already completed.

Refund Policy

Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

A refund may be considered in situations where:

• The requested service has not yet started.

• ASSURMED is unable to deliver the agreed service.

• There is a valid reason related to the quality or non-delivery of the service.

No refund will be issued for:

• Services that have already been fully delivered.

• Customized work, digital products, websites, software development, or marketing services that have already started.

• Delays caused by the client, including failure to provide required information, content, or approvals.

Service Delivery

Delivery times depend on the type and complexity of the project. Estimated timelines will be communicated to the client before the start of the service.
